Operational Policies
AG Co-Operative Credit Union Limited shall maintain and use such policies that will enhance effectiveness and efficiency in her operations. The policies will cover the services' varied products such as savings, shares, loans, and investment.
One of the duties of the Board of Directors enshrined in Section 54 of the Co-Operative Model Bye-Laws is to develop and ensure the implementation of operational policies. The policy manual is intended to make the service business-like where the shareholding customers exercise the highest powers. The execution of policy is the responsibility of the Manager or any person appointed by the Board of Directors to represent them.
